Will my AC Adapter damaged the battery?

Hello everybody,

I'm using a Toshiba A30 Satellite. And I always plug my AC adapter to use. However, if I use AC power, is it going to damaged my laptop battery? (Is it continuing charging the battery even when it's already full?)

No, they use smart bateries for laptops now.
Eveything will be fine.

Rechargable batteries are rated for a certain number of charges, and after that they start to loose the ability to hold a full charge, and will eventually get down so its almost un-usable. But it takes a long time for this, my 10 year old laptop was charged alot, and still had around 2.5hours when fully charged.

I would take the battery out if your going to be plugging and unplugging it alot in a day.

Yup, running a laptop with or without the battery would be fine. If you keep it in, it wouldn't do any harm also.
