Will my PSU be able to handle the 6800GS?

I have a 364W PSU with 22amp on the 12V rail. I'm looking to get the EVGA 6800GS PCI-E and the minimum requirement that is listed on newegg for the PSU is 300W, but I've asked other people on other forums and they have told me that my PSU can't handle it. Is this true or are they just lying?

It looks like it could, but its right on the line. I would really look at getting a new one.

I can't, I have a VAIO, different PSU's, It's a media center and can do pretty much anything else, but it wasn't specifically designed for gaming so the psu isn't as powerful as the gaming PC's now.

Where were you planning on buying the 6800GS? I would say that you should get it, and if it doesnt work right then return it.

I was only looking to overclock the gpu, I wasn't gonna overclock the whole machine lol. And like I said before :( it's a VAIO and it has a unique case and there aren't any upgrade choices for it's power supply.
