Will Norton Ghost do this??

I have Norton Ghost 9.0. I would like to create an image of my office's server. I know I can do this by installing Ghost on the server itself, but can I create an image of the server if I install the software on a workstation?

I'm pretty sure that it will make its own encrypted image and maybe split it up in DVD/CD sized files for easy back up on discs, but im not 100% sure, and i think it stores certain info on a your computer that was backed up as a mark to no if its the same computer or not? MODERATOR HELP

you can only install the image from norton ghost on the same hardware as where it was created. In other words, it will only work if your server and workstation have the same motherboard, cpu, and hard drive.
