will reinstalling windows 7 affect my internet connections

I got half way through reinstalling when I saw all my settings will go,does this mean my router will not connect me to the internet,I don't care about the rest but I would need to be able to connect to the web after reinstalling

When you format and reinstall Windows it will delete everything on the hard drive. Once Windows is reinstalled you just need to install the necessary drivers that Windows didn't install, then you can get back on the internet.

Once you have the drivers installed you may still need to enter a password to connect to the router, if you connect via wifi.
