Will someone PLEASE help me here?

Okay, I'm trying to find some answers here. I use EVGA Precision software to tweak my 260's but when I run 3dMark06 it crashes and says my display driver stopped working so I have to restart. When I use stock settings it runs normally. So what is truly going on?
 
You have a little yellow triangle in the notification area too, right?

It means your OC is too high on the GPUs. Just lower it a little and run ATI Tool and 'Scan for Artifacts'.

If it's not stable then, lower 'em some more. What I find the easiest is to do it one at a time, so set everything to stock and raise the core on it's own. Once you find the highes that'll go, raise the shader, then the memory.

No I do not have a little yellow triangle anywhere.
