will the zalman fit?

i want to replace the cpu hs/fan with a zalman 9500 or 9700, but i think the NB cooler is too close.
is the zalman that much wider? or can i make it fit?

i really like that nb cooler and would hate to get rid of it




any other options?

Xigmatek S1283V dark knight, just mount it paralell to the northbridge cooler with the fan on the side that the northbridge cooler isnt on, and it should fit.

thanks, i think i'll go with one of it's smaller versions - s963 or sd964. now the question is: which one is better

the s963 has three pipes, all making contact with the cpu.

the sd964 has four pipes, but not all of them make full contact; however, it can accommodate dual fan setup.

man, i'm gonna sleep on this.
