Will these RAM be compatible together?

Hi, I've searched around but I can't find a clear answer on whether U-DIMM and DIMM can work together. All the answers seem to be debating it. So could anyone tell me if,

"Vdata VD2U800B2G6-B / 2GB / 800MHz / DDR2 / U-DIMM"

and

"PNY PC6400 / 2GB / 800MHz / DDR2 / 240pin DIMM"

will be compatible together?
I already own the Vdata stick, but I wanted to upgrade a little without having to buy a full new set of RAM. Thanks, Dwayne.
 
Sometimes different brand memories will not work together. It just depends on the sticks. If you do buy the pny ask to make sure you can return them if the don't work in your system.
