Will These Work In My Computer?

Cant say if teh PSU will fit or not. Branded machines are not always ATX compliant.

GPU will work, but that card is not very good at all. It is really only useful if you need to run more displays than intel HD can support, or you use CUDA dependent apps.
 
I Would go with a HD7750 instead for a few more bucks. Just look in the case and make sure there is room for the card.
