Hi Ive Got A Motherboard With a LGA775 Socket And The Socket Broke Off :mad: I Don't Know What To Do Can They Put A New Socket On In The Service Or Not
 
Well That's Hard To Tell Because The Heatsink Had Stuck To It And When I Tried To Take The Heatsink Out It Pulled Half Of It Off
 
I don't think you pulled the socket off, that's impossible. I think you probably mean CPU or maybe a bracket.

Some photos would be helpful.

Anyways you'll need another board, manufacturer won't RMA that..
 
hmm, if u have to do that again,run the computer till it gets hot, shut it down and take heat sink off then,
be very careful, kinda twist it,rock it and pull at the same time. regards
