Will this all be compatible??

I'm upgrading my PC to a Pentium 3.2 Ghz instead of a current 2.4 Ghz (with Hyper Threading). I am also gonna upgrade 512Mb to 768Mb ram. Is the Pentium processor
( http://www.intel.com/products/desktop/processors/pentium4/index.htm?iid=ipp_desk_proc+prod_p4pht& ) and my mobo (http://www.asus.com/prog/spec.asp?m=P4P800&langs=01) compatible?

On the official website of my mobo (http://www.asus.com/prog/spec.asp?m=P4P800&langs=01), they say that it support up to 3.2 Ghz+ P4... What if i put in a 3.4 or 3.6 Ghz??? Thanks. Oh, and what is Intel Pentium PRESCOTT ???

The higher up P4Es are done with S775 only i think so that wont matter (i.e., you wouldnt be able to plug the chip into the board so it wont matter) as for precott, a bit of searching yields some answers: http://search2.intel.com/corporate/default.aspx?q=prescott
