Probably, depending on how many CD/DVD drives you have, and how many HDs you plan on running. You will probably even be able to run dual SLI boards if you have a MB that'll support it.
 
We're going to need a lot more info than your CPU. Give us your other specs, particularly what video card(s) you will be using.
