Will this build work?

I'm building a computer for the first time, but before I purchase the parts I need to know indefinitely if they'll work together correctly. I'm on a budget around $1000 as well. Below the parts listed out I'll copy links to the product. I'd really appreciate help :)

Motherboard: MSI Z97 Gaming 7

(EDIT)
CPU: Intel Core i5-4690k Quad-Core 3.5ghz (previous)

(New) Intel Core i5-4690 I found that I could get this processor and the video card bundled. It would save $60, and since the k version is use for overclocking I wouldn't need it right?

Video Card: MSI R9 Gaming 3Gb 384-bit

Memory: G. Skill Trident X series 8GB 240-pin SDRAM DDR3 2400

(Case and PSU are Bundled)

PSU: Rosewill Capstone-1000-m 1000w
Case: Rosewill Throne

Storage and OS: I'm planning to take the HDD with Windows 7 from my current computer after a fresh install of windows.
Thanks for any advice and help!

If you are not overclock, there is no point to get k series CPU and Z97 mobo.

Also, do you really need full tower with 1000W PSU?
