Will This Card help me?

ok, Ive got a five or six year old server class machine that i got from my dads work its an hp xw8000.
the specs are:

2 gigs RAM (233 mHz, Dual channel)
2 3.06 GHz processors (can be hyperthreaded, 533 Mhz)
AGP ATI 2400 graphics card, factory overclocked
big power supply-dont know exact wattage

so i when i play Flight simulator x sometimes and i push the settings to high, my monitor will go black and the sound will stutter endlessly, the feed to my monitor from the computer just goes blank and i get a "no signal" message on the monitor, pretty sure its a graphics problem...
would this card help me at all?

gotta know what slots we're workin with here, Theres plain old PCI, AGP, PCI Express x16 and PCI Express x16 2.0 but if it is AGP then you could get pretty much the same card for about 70 dollars cheaper here http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161225, the card you posted said that it was overclocked but if you wanna save 70 bucks then you could just do it yourself, its really not that hard, people on here will help ya out if you wanna know how
 
yea, im limited to AGP graphics, thanks for the link, is the card overclockable, ive had trouble overclocking my current 2400 because it was factory overclocked and they locked it.
