Will this cause lag?

If I put in a Cre 2 Duo(1066Mhz FSB) with 667Mhz memory, will it lower my performance on my CPU? What is a solution?

yes,the CPU will end up waiting for the ram.

get DDR2 1066

Oh, man that's just more money out of my pocket. is there a way to OC my memory from 800 to 1066

I don't think you can do it what far! but it has an optional FSB as 800 or 1066. 800 works fine.

Somebody help me out here PLZ, the board, Gigabyte DS3 will only support up to 800mhz RAM, and I am gonna run a C2D which is 1066Mhz FSB. What should I do, get 667 or 800?
My opinion:

667 will be fine, you probably won't notice the difference between 667 or 800. If you really want every last bit of speed, no matter how minimal, get the DDR2 800.

it supports 1066MHz. also, if you plan to OC, higher stock speeds make a difference.
