Will this computer run well?

The 980 has 4gb of onboard video memory compared to the 6gb of onboard memory for the 980ti. You could also go with the AMD R9 390x which would give you 8gb of onboard memory for gaming. Just all depends on games you want to play.

Yes, they will work with your motherboard and monitor.

Awesome, why would you want less gb?

As I said, it all depends on what games you play and how much video ram it requires. If you have the money for the better card then by all means get it.

For the better cards, being the 980 Ti's if I'm not wrong, which should I get with the original set up, change any of those pieces if you need to, to make it work. Sorry last time and I'll be set!

???
Are you asking if you should get the 980 or 980ti?
will I be able to play at 1440p
The monitor you originally picked will only display 1080P. If you want a 1440p monitor then you are looking at a price $200 more.
