i have the AMD 6000+ (200 x 15) an cos my multiplier was odd my DDR800 ram was running slow 752MHz so i drooped my multiplier to 14 an increased my FSB to 215 so it is still running at 3010 MHz an my ram is at 860 MHz.
Q1) with my CPU is what i did gonna hurt my performance?
Q2) is it gonna decrease my CPU lifetime? an if so by how much?
Q3) is my ram running at 860 gonna decrease its lifetime? an if so by how much?

I think that's a hard question to answer. I dont think, unless through testing, what it would do to it's lifetime. but to expand on his answers. it wont change the performance, I believe its due to that they're interchangeable, but if you dont change the FSB at all when overclocking RAM, the ram gets bottlenecked. but whenever you overclock, the life of anything will change :)

nobody could exactly say you how much lifetime of your devices will be decreased, but everybody will exactly decrease it:)
