Will this do what i want?

I have an old school sony vid camera that recors onto those tapes.

heres the wire it uses to conect to the TV:

here are the ports on the cam:

We have alot of movies and stuff ( like me in diapers) and my parents wanna back it up to DVD.

There is no way (as of now) to connect this cam to my computer so i was wondering would this card help me do the trick:

If it doesnt, can u guys post one up ( the cheapest one u can find :D)

I'd say it should work, but how would you get the audio in the DVD?

Damn, am i missing something? I can buy a s-vid plug if necessary. Thee are 2 plugs, isnt one for video and one for audio??

i'll need a program or something right to capture the playback off the cam?
 
No I don't know either! :D I'm just wondering if you get that card, you'd plug in the yellow plug on the card but what about the audio plug (white)?
 
To the first question, yes I'm guessing the video will have more quality with the S-Video?

To the second question, I don't think so...
