Will this fit without modifaction?

With this PNY 9800gtx fit in this Antec 300? I'm building a system for my cousin and I don't want to have to mod anything and or listen to his complaints.

Also the case says its an ATX case, but I know some cases will take Micro ATX. So will this micro ATX board work?

I have a 900 and my 4870 barley fit in there. I had to remove the black thing that funnels air to the HD's

A micro atx board will fit. The 9800GTX+ should too, might be close. I hate the harddrive cages in the Antec 300/900. Pain in the ass to get harddrives in and out, plus the cage comes to close to the board and causes long video card issues.
