Will this GPU fit on this Motherboard?

Hello

So I am planning on purchasing and building my first computer, chose my parts but something caught my eye.

My GPU http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125466 some reviews say it is fairly large

And my Mobo http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157369 the top PCI Express 3.0 slot (where I plan on installing the GPU) at the very end of its right is the Sata connectors that are coming up.

Question I am wondering is, will this GPU I chosen come in contact with those, and not fit?
 
You won't have a problem, the sata cables connect on the side there will be no interference.
