Will this graphics card work

Hi,
I want to buy the new graphics card "SAPPHIRE NITRO Radeon R9 380X 100383NTOCL 4GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 Dual-X OC Version w/ backplate (UEFI)" and wanted to make sure this card will work in my system. This is my current specs:

CPU: Intel i7 CPU 930 @ 2.80GHz
RAM: Corsair XMS3 6GB (3 x 2GB) I am going to get Corsair Vengeance 12GB (3 x 4 GB) more for a total of 18 GB (any insight about this also would be appreciated)
Hard disk space: 2 TB
Motherboard: ASUS P6T (http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P6T/#specifications)
Power supply: Cooler Master G750M

Seems like you should be good on interface and power, so it should function for you.
