Will this handle a 9800gt and my computer?

I want a 9800gt but my power supply wont do it.
i have a dell dimension 8400.

A GOOD 450W PSU would cope. But that thing is going to by no means be 'good'. Don't risk it, Thats like me spending £250 on a computer and trying to power it with a £15 power supply.

Go for a Good named 500W, Antec 480W. Corsait HX520, anything. Just don't buy THAT!

it would be fine, but it looks like it has lower current on the 12V rail which is important for graphics cards. get the ocz: cheaper, better brand, slightly better specs.
