i was wondering if 2 kits this memory would work with the MSI 790FX-GD70

From the MSI website:

DDR3 800/1066/1333/1600*/1800*/2133*(OC)

and your link shows:

MAJOR 4GB 2X 2GB DDR3 1066 PC3 8500 1066MHZ 4 GB Go G

So I'm gonna say yeah.
