I was interested in buying a

GIGABYTE GA-G41M-ES2L LGA 775 Intel G41 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

and was wondering if it would be compatible with a

EVGA 512-P3-1150-TR GeForce GTS 250 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card .

Also will this big video card fit on a Micro ATX MoBo?

If not, is there a better MoBo I can buy? Thank you.
