Will this motherboard work with this power supply?

the psu is a standard atx but the motherboard is a matx, will that work? also note, that the psu is 500watts, will that still work with the mb in question?

Yes it will work but would not want a ASrock motherboard or a Casecom power supply.

never skimp on your powersupply! get a 500-600 watt corsair,Ocz,CoolerMaster,PcPower and cooling

Those are some of the most important things in a computer. Get a good mobo and a psu.. If one of them fail your going to be screwed.
