Will this PC be able to runs CS:S well?

Hi, My friend really wants to play CS:S, and i told him his system specs may not be good enough with highest settings.

System specs:

-3.33Ghz Celeron D Proceccor

-1 GB 533mhz Ram
(2x512)

-250gb 7200wd sata harddrive


-BFG Geforce 6200 256mb agp.

I am asking this, because i am not sure if the celeron proceccor would be any good for gaming.

Yea it should, i run it with a slower system similar to this one, just don't expect high settings at best low with decent resolution or medium-low with low resolution
