After the coupon code it comes to $487. The following are my questions:
Will this perform to my needs?
Is the memory too slow?
Am I able to upgrade the processor in here?
Is it worth it to just grab this deal and then maybe buy even a faster/better motherboard?
Am I able to easily add another optical drive to this?

yes, it should be more than needed

a quad cpu and 8GB of RAM will be more than enough along with that 640GB hard drive. the video card might need to be upgraded though

Thanks, I appreciate your input. I figured that I would test it and see how it goes down the road. I can get a good graphics card for <$75, right? My 128mb card in my laptop does fine now with the exception of my large photoshop renderings, it slows down. I think that this is still a phenomenal deal (even if I need to upgrade the graphics card), don't you agree?
