Using ATI Radeon 3000 for an HTPC? And FX 6300?

Might struggle to even find video drivers that work on Windows 10. Those 6300's aren't quiet either with the stock cooler.

PSU should be enough though.

Also check that the HTPC case does take a standard ATX PSU and not SFX or TFX
