Hi.
I am looking into the Asus P6T Intel X58 (Socket 1366) PCI-Express DDR3 Motherboard (http://uk.asus.com/products.aspx?l1=3&l2=179&l3=815&l4=0&model=2731&modelmenu=1)
and also the new OCZ Ram, http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-153-OC
I just wondered if these two will work together well, as the motherboard states it can handle up to 2000Mhz however it will be overclocked.
And on top of that, I was looking at the qualified vendor list (http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us&model=P6T) and it states at the bottom that only the A dimm socket can support that kind of Ram.
Am I reading this wrong, or will this Ram be fine?
Thanks.
Dan.
