Will this reduce enough the temps on my old pc?

Well it happens that my cpu is almost melting, is a socket A (462), is a old computer but i still don't want to get rid of it since it has work wonderful ( not even a repair needed in 3 years lol), but the problem comes now that summer is near and my temps are already 60c idle on cpu the rest is fine.

I was checking at this cpu heatsink/fan but i'm not completely sure since my mobo is a asus kelut and i wonder if it'll fit in this obsolete thing called computer

scroll down on the left and select socket A, thatll give you a list of compatible ones

I know and have checked them, the problem is if they will fit into an asus kelut mother board which would be my problem

Do you mean in terms of size? if you do just look at the dimensions and open up the comp and take a look.

No what happens is that some heatsink/fans only allow certain motherboards not all of them so that would be the dilema and i can't find any info on that one or the cooler master aero 7
