Will this thing fits?

hopefully it does... Because when i read the comments on newegg lots people said that they didn't got it to fit and for the Tuniq tower. I would get that but then i already ordered the Scythe Ninja...
 
The only comment i saw on the ninja was a guy saying he couldn't put it while he had the air duct and that he had to remove it to run the ninja on his system and other guy in the fan saying the manual sucks lawl
 
I just got the heatsink today installed right away even through this is my first time. The fan part was hard to mount but i got through it and now my E4400 is overclocked to 2.66ghz and is idling at 30C and 48 C after 8 minutes of orthos. Should i overclock more? And currently i am using 1.125v
