Will this video card work or is there a better alternative - Dual Monitor(VGA+DVI)

Hello all! Just a quick one here.

I have gotten a new work computer, Lenovo ThinkCentre A70 7099. It came with a Pentium dual core processor. Don't say anything, it was purchased for me without input on my end. The old work computer died and I had an old PCI dual VGA video card from PNY.

I need to upgrade to a PCI Express 2.0 video card that can run dual monitors. No graphics handling at all, no gaming at all, nothing of the sort to really stretch the card to its limits. However, after opening the case and looking at the power supply, it seems as though it comes with a max wattage of 180W. It says on the power supply housing "(Output Watt) : 180W; +5V73.3V; 80W +5V73.3V&+12V Combined Output Not To Exceed 170W"

The HIS website for this model is: http://www.hisdigital.com/un/product2-476.shtml

...and states that the minimum power supply limit is 400W.

Am I able to run the following video card(as I won't be using it to its fullest and therefore most power hungry mode)? Or, in the alternative, is there a video card that can run dual monitors (1 VGA and 1 DVI)?

My VGA monitor is almost 5 years old.

Any help is really appreciated. I would like to stick with either amazon.com or newegg.

Thanks!
