Yes, it will work for any computer, providing the specs are up to snuff.

OEM (system builder) versions are meant to be installed on one computer.

you can install it many times on the one computer, with minor changes such as a new GPU or more RAM. Microsoft is pretty generous and with a phonecall or two you could use it on another computer, but not both at the same time.
