Graphics card is not bad for that price... Sorry, but I'm unable to help on the actual question though... It looks and even sounds better than mine though... Hehe. What do you want the PC to do? E.G. Gaming, or just a work PC?

For s Socket754 setup you'd be best off with a NF3-250 board like the MSI K8N Neo Platinum

Traditionally the Western Digital drives have been better performing and cheaper

A good drive; if you're interested in some fancier things with CDs you might want to get a LiteOn/Asus/Plextor drive (cheaper, more funky features)

You might want to consider the Sapphire 9600SE which is roughly the same price (give and take a few bucks)

If you can afford it, you might want the 'Hammer series for 1MB of L2 cache. Not a world of difference but something you might want to consider.
