Will this work?

Ok, I am building my first pc and I am wondering if the corsair tx 650w will be able to power my setup or whether I will have to go for something a bit more powerful.

The spec will be:

i7 950
asus p6t se
western 7200rpm 500gb hdd
nvidia 460
cheap optical disk drive of some sort
6gb kingston ddr3 1600
Xigmatek utgard with 3 fans installed
akasa venom cpu cooler

I believe it should, but I prefer to over-estimate. I'd personally go with a 750W.
