i would seriously consider spending a little more on the PSU, the one you have chosen is very poor and its quite important to get a decent solid power supply

I would swap the HDD to a seagate like the following

your optical drive is only a DVD reader (writes to CD but not to DVD), for a few quid more get hold of the following, cracking drive :)

i'm guessing you have a processor in mind to go with it :)
 
yup its a cracking processor the E6400

although you could look at possibly dropping it down to an E6300 and spending the extra moeny to get a bit more HDD space or a slightly better GFX card, just a thought. Otherwise the setup with the couple of little tweaks i mentioned will be just fine :)

yeah the core 2 duo's are cracking overclockers, The e6300 has seen some monster OC'ing done to it which members of this forum can testify to.
 
theres some guides in the cpu section to overclocking, its a long read and fairly involving but its worth reading in full to get an idea of what to do.

To be fair you will probably be pretty surprised at just how fast a core 2 duo system is. My advice would be to use it at stock for a while. You may find there is no need to overclock
