Win 2k Hibernate:locked computer password

When I set the computer to hibernate, then turn it back on, it always prompts me for a password. It says the computer is in use and has been locked, enter password to unlock. Is there a way I can turn that off?
 
Start > Control Panel > Power Options > Advanced; un-check the 'Prompt for password' box, then Apply.
 
I knew it was something stupidly simple. I had the prompt turned off before, but my old drive crashed. So I'm on a fresh new hard drive and fresh install, and I'm still trying to remember all of the settings I had before.
