Win 7 H/P - Licenses?

I'm going to get a new desktop in June, though in the meantime I need an os apart from linux that I'm currently using. Firstly, I'd like to know if I can install Windows 7 home premium 64 bit on my laptop (see sig) through the bios?
Secondly, If I remove Windows 7 from my laptop, will I be able to install it on another computer? And how do I remove it? Is it as simple as formatting the HDD?

You have the cd and key correct? is it retail or oem?

you may need to used G-Parted live to format the drive to NTFS, other than that you just boot from the windows dvd.
 
I'm going to buy the OEM from Umart, and what do you mean the G-Parted Live to Format the drive to NTFS? Could you explain it in more simpler terms? Also, would the 64bit version work on my laptop?

Win 7 should work on your laptop fine, I don't see why not. As for installing widows 7 mulitple times, I think you can only install the OEM version on one computer.
