Win 7 OEM - RIght Choice?

Just received all of my parts to build my first computer (from Newegg), and noticed that I got the WIN Home Premium 7 64 bit - OEM. Since this is my first build and don't have a lot of experience, will this version work for me or should I get the full retail version?

P.S. What is OEM, anyway?

OEM, no box/manual/you are your own support and its tied more to the motherboard then a retail. But it will install just fine. If you ever upgrade alot of hardware or the motherboard you will need to reactivate it. The old parts either went bad or the Hulk stomped on them and had to be replaced.

Thats awesome!! I should totally try that on one of the India-based reps in the reactivation dept.
