Win 7 Real or Fake

Hey everyone. I need your help really bad. I purchased a copy of Widows 7 once on ebay for $132. I've had it for 2 or 3 months now and I have no problem with it so far.

Now, I got an email from a user who claims that he purchased the same copy from the seller as me and it was a counterfeit copy. This is what he sent me:

Hi, could you inspect the Windows 7 purchased computerflea? Ours was sealed new, worked fine for months then later FAILED. It was BLOCKED by Microsoft AFTER it passed all checks & was verified online, we later learned It was HGC (High Grade Counterfeit). We mistakenly thought it was genuine because Activation & Validation passed initially, then we lost everything when Microsoft blocked it months later. You can call Microsoft toll free 1-800-RU-LEGIT (1-800-785-3448) to confirm. If you don't want to do that, then at least Compare your COA Security Strip SEAL to Genuine here:

Then he told me to look at this pic on how to tell if its counterfeit or not:

According to the pic, my copy matches the first prat which would make mine counterfeit too.

What do you think I should do? Please help me!

look at it like this, if its fake your out $132 unless you can get ebay to get your money back.... although i doubt it. so use it as long as it works and when it no longer does buy a real copy. For all you know that guy could be tryign to scam you. Out of what Idk but momma always said never talk to strangers lol

@Midnight_fox1: If Microsoft's verification tells you it's not genuine after it's passed the initial test you need to get active and call up M$ and give them an earful. They can point you in the right direction from there, sometimes they can correct the apparent mistake their WGA system made.

As far as getting your money back, it depends on how long ago you purchased it. eBay purchases done through PayPal are easy to get refunded if you did not receive what was described. The problem is, you have to file a claim within a certain period of time. It used to be 60 days, but I'm thinking that I heard that they had extended it. File a claim through PayPal, and it might take a while but if the time limit hasn't passed then you'll get your money back.
