I don't know how much you have to pay for it in India but I assume the licenses are the same.
Depending on which version you get (Retail or Enterprise) you can install it on one computer (Retail) only unless you get the Enterprise version or get multiple licenses (or DVDs).

I doubt this is true because you probably get ripped off for PC parts/software there, but going by direct conversion, £139 (roughly the going rate for 7 Ultimate x64 OEM) is 9910 rupees.
