win xp hang p on driver.cab on preinstall

yeah when in the preinstallation when its copying the files it around 11or 15% and a file driver.cab and if stops, i've let it sit changed cd-roms messed with some other stuff tried different cds same thing happens so it most likely some hardware issue i dunno and help would be sweet

may some bad clusters on ur HD~~run check disk in first in a dos mode~
