hi i went to shut down my pc and it said there was 1 of 1 update to install and the pc would shut down when it had finished it went to the blue shut down screen and said it was installing the update so i left it but it took nearly 6 hours to shut down this is the third time it has done this and i dont know what to do please help

go to windows update and actively install it, then when it's done restart, sounds like it's not getting the resources it needs to do what it wants

Do you have a legit version of Windows?
Because if its not, it may be installing the windows genuine advantage, and this **** will crash down your PC if your cdkey isnt valid
