win xp on my computer should i spec inside

ok i have a windows 98 intel amd k6 processor, 192 mem, 40 gig hd, running at 349.1 clock speed, i got that speed from 2 programs i thought it was lower but i got 2 programs but say its runnoing at 349.1 how fast/slow will win xp be

you do meet the recommended requirements.
If you keep it spyware free and virus free it should run ok but i think 98 would be better.
