Win XP Pro!!

Can someone help me please.

I have installed win xp pro on my new pc. Everything is fine, runs fast. Lovely. Only thing it doesn't do properly is install downloaded software. It keeps telling me that my downloads are corrupted/incomplete. :confused:

I have repaired, reinstalled (twice). Still the same problem. Can someone please let me know how to fix this??

i actually dont think its ur windows doing it, its probably the computer itself, if ur sure its windows xp well, do a quick reboot.
 
i had the same problem and after i reinstalled it worked fine. it you might have a messed up xp disk
 
Really?! Oh that is a relief. I couldn't find anyone else who'd had the same problem. Brilliant. I'll try reinstalling if no luck i'll have to return the disk.
