Win XP: User Accounts

I'm using Win XP (SP2) and trying to figure out how to remove a user name on my PC.

When I go to the control panel, into user accounts - I don't see the user name I am trying to delete.

However, when I go into C://, then Documents and Settings, the user name appears along with 'All Users', 'Guest', and 'Owner'.

Is this fourth file in Documents and Settings a user account or is it the computer name or something entirely different? Is there a way to change or remove the name?

If any clarification is needed, please let me know. Thanks for any help!

So for example, you are trying to delete the user called COMPUTEFORUM, but it is not showing up in the user accounts, but it is showing up in the D&S folder?

Or am I missing the point?

You can download this utility to see if it recognizes the users. If it does, you can delete it through there.

Additionally...
All Users should be there.
Owner, I am assuming you.
Guest, I assume at one point you had it enabled. Since its disabled already.. you should have no problem just deleting the folder from the Documents and Settings folder.
