Win7 crash help..

hello all..i work with an ASUS laptop...when my win 7 crashed i tried installing it again with asus win 7 dvd...yes win 7 got loaded but my whole of hard disk crashed..if i hav my win 7 installed in c drive and wen it crashes how do i install win 7 again without damaging my other drives of my hard disk...please help!!!
 
i would suggest using linux (boot from USB), then extract all of your files (music, pictures, anything you want to save) and put it on an external hard drive. this should keep you from losing anything important when you reinstall win 7
