Winamp File Management.

So after my hard drive failure back In Aug I have been slowly getting all my music back onto my new hard drive, and decided to give Winamp a shot as my new player (over WMP). My Problem is I have multiples of some albums in multiple formats- Typically FLAC and mp3 @ 320kbps. Is there a way I could filter out the MP3 versions of those albums, so the only ones I hear are the Lossless files? I tried making a smart view, but I don't exactly know how.
 
See if removing mp3 from Winamps file association will work.

I just keep different Music files in separate Folders, then just point Winamp to the Folder that I want it to put in its Library.

Problem with this is that I don't have FLAC's of everything, so I'm not sure what would be the best option. Other ideas?
