WinAVI Video Converter Help...

Whenever I try converting (any number of) DVD Files to any other format using WinAVI Video Converter, I get the following error message:

Does anyone know how to resolve this problem and what i should to to be able to start converting the DVD files again?
I downloaded a K-Lite Codec Pack (Full) from the free-codecs site, because that's what the official WinAVI FAQ said to do. No difference though...

If you are trying to convert directly from the dvd it probably has something to do with copy protection on the disk. I reccomend backing up the dvd first to remove the copy protection. DvdShrink works well, and AnyDvd is a good program that runs in the background and removes copy protection in real-time, which might let you avoid a full backup of the disk before you start converting.

you have to back it up to the harddrive first and then depending on what format your chaingingit to just hit convert
