used a c.d as a template for the big hole then used a hole saw for the ends of the smaller holes, then a dremel to join the holes together getting the shapes.
i used rubber tubing for the trim, just cut a slit down it and glued it to the plexi. tubing works good for trim on metal too, i'll be doing that when i get around to cutting out the mesh for the rear exhaust fans.
i'll eventually put a mesh or sceen in the window holes, when i find some good stuff.
these vents are definitely keeping my temps down, its like running it without the door on.

added the screen, cut it to shape and used contact cement to glue it to the rubber trim

used a glue gun to seal it around the edges, i could have used silicone if i wanted to

cut out the fan grills and used the rubber trim to frame the hole, i also did it to the 120mm fan behind the rad too. it increased my cfm big time without the fan grills, also quieted it down abit.

thats it for my modding this case.
