I upgraded from windows 8.1 to windows 10 home edition.
I'm trying to get rid of cyberlink powerdirector from add or remove program, it shows me the message "This app has been blocked for your computer's protection".
The obvious fix is to open cmd and put "net user adminstrator /active:yes" but it doesn't work, it says user not found.
Googled this problem, couldn't find a valid fix, it would seem that on home edition there isn't a way to go around this message.
Not the end of the world I can keep this program, I just thought it was crappy and a waste of space. Still would appreciate the help if anyone knows how to deal with this.
